Such Fees shall include but not be limited to course fees. Further, the User agrees and understands that:
- It shall be the responsibility of the User to make all necessary payments regarding the Fee, well in advance of the last date specified by “MCM Education Solutions” the parent organization of mcmacademy.in.
- The Online Payment Facility provided by “MCM Education Solutions” is the parent organization of mcmacademy.in is neither a banking nor financial service but is merely a facilitator for ease of payment (“Payment Gateway Service Provider”). Upon verification of such payment receipt, MCM Education Solutions” is the parent organization of mcmacademy.in shall consider a such request for a refund of payments, in accordance with the “MCM Education Solutions” IS the parent organization of mcmacademy.in internal refund policies published on the company website.
- “MCM Education Solutions” is the parent organization of mcmacademy.in shall not be liable for any fraudulent transaction(s) made by any third party on behalf of the User. “MCM Education Solutions” is the parent organization of mcmacademy.in shall communicate any such fraudulent transaction(s) reported by the User to the Payment Gateway Service Provider. Upon receipt of such communication by “MCM Education Solutions” the parent organization of mcmacademy.in, the Payment Gateway Service Provider shall resolve the complaints reported by the User, subject to its internal policies and rules.
